Purpose: Our commitment to you is built upon two "Basic Principles."

  1. Your vehicle will be fixed right the first time.
  2. Your vehicle will be ready when promised.
However, if any question should arise as to the service performed, please bring it to the attention of our Service Manager immediately

Service Appointments: There are two ways to schedule a service appointment. You can schedule on the phone by calling (530) 895-1792, or schedule online using our automatic scheduling software which you will find below.

Hours: The Service Department is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Early Bird Service is offered for late night or early morning customers. Envelopes are provided in the white box immediately to the right of the service department entrance.

Payment: Kindly be prepared to pay all service by cash, check or credit card. Checks are acceptable upon approval. Visa, MasterCard & Discover are accepted for parts and service.

Automobile Pickup: Please pick up your vehicle during our service hours. The cashier will close at 5:30pm.
