Chevy shows off a classic Impala SS at 2012 New York Auto Show
From April 6, 2012 – At this year’s New York Auto Show in early April, Chevrolet launched their brand-new 2014 Impala. For a bit of nostalgia, the automaker brought a mint 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS 427 Convertible to display alongside its new family sedan. Photographer Drew Phillips was there to take some great shots of the timeless classic.
As noted by Autoblog:
“… other than its nameplate, the 1966 convertible has nothing in common with the 2014 sedan.”
